Hello friend

CSA of cylinder = 2πrh

h = 1.4 m
h = 1.4 × 100
h = 140 cm

r = 84cm

CSA of cylinder =
2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 84 \times 140 \\ 73920 {cm}^{2}  \\ area \: of \: ground = curved \: surface \: area \:  \times number \: of \: revolutions \\  \:  = 73920 \times 500 \\  = 3696000 {cm}^{2}  \\  \\ area \: of \: ground \: in \: metres =  \frac{3696000}{10000 }  \\  = 3696 {m}^{2}

hope it helps
