quadrilateral ABCD is a rectangle l(AB) is 24 cm and l(BC) is 18 cm. A sector of radius 7 cm is cut off at each corner of the rectangle. what is the area of the remaining figure?

$\pi{r}^{2} \div 4$
$4 \times 22 \times 7 \times 7 \div 4 \times 7 = 154c {m}^{2}$

area of rectangle=l×b
24×18=432cm^2
area of remaining pat=432-154=278
