Please tell me how do make a pencil stand

for making ✏ stand
1) Take some bangles.
2) stick them one by one. (like you keep one bangle keep second bangle on it and stick them) all bangles you should stick like that by fevicole.
3) from Down Of the bangle round you can stick broad cardboard. and your pencil stand is ready now.

Take a tissue paper roll. Stick a small cardboard sheet under it. Decorate it as you like.
