I want to read but I can't focus on my study...

Don't think about any thing except study.

First leave the books and fresh your minds for atleast 15 min.

Then after that start reading.

Learn in peaceful environment.

And the most important switch this mobile off.

we can't focus on one thing because in our brain we store unnecessary information which can't make u focus ...so this may unbalanced ur hormones ..so to stay focus delete unnecessary information from your brain and then u will be easily focus .on studies
