Please tell me is intensive subsistence farming same as subsistence farming

in intensive farming farmer only grow crops for their family
bt in subsistence farming farmer usally grow crops for their family using the various growing material like:- fertilisers etc


the only differwnce is the use of extra goods materials in it
either they are same
