ANSWER:

The protons are positively charged, the electrons are negatively charged and the neutrons are neutral. Therefore, all these things are made up of charges. And all these are present in an Atom. Opposite charges attract each other (positive to negative), like charges repel each other (negative to negative, positive to positive).
