let the question xsquare +12+36
then firstly multiple first and last term we get 36xsquare
then find the prime factor
2×2×3×3
arange them as we get the 12 by subtracting or adding only
6x+6x when we multiply it we get the result same as 36xsquare
make two pair by taking the common
xsquate+6x+6x+36
then we get
x (x+6) 6 (x+6) the no in the brecket will be always same then
(x+6)(x+6) here the fist bracket shows the common but the second bracket have the no which are out of bracket.
