3(2^x+1)-2^(x+2)+5=0
3*2^x+3-2^x*2²+5=0
3*2^x-2^x*2²=-8
2^x(3-4)=-8
-2^x=-2³
x=3

3( 2^{x}+1)-2^{x+2}+5=0 \\ 3 \times 2^{x} +3-2^{x} \times 2^{2} +5=0 \\ 3 \times 2^{x}+3 -4 \times 2^{x} +5 =0 \\ 3 \times 2^{x} -4 \times 2^{x} +3+5 =0 \\ -2^{x}+8=0 \\ 2^{x} = 8 \\ 2^{x} = 2^{3}
Therefore, x = 3.
