Answer:

( { \frac{ - 15}{8} })^{2x}  = ( { \frac{ - 15}{8} })^{4}

on comparing 2x=4

x=2

( { \frac{3}{4} })^{x - 1}  =  \frac{9}{16}

( { \frac{3}{4} })^{x - 1} = ( { \frac{3}{4} })^{2}

so on comparing

x-1=2

x=3
