let the solution be: m and 3m

we know that...

sum of solution = -b/a

∴ m +3m = -b/a

∴ -b/a = 4m

∴ $b^2/a^2 = 16m^2$   (squaring both sides) ..... (1)

Also,

product of solution = c/a

m*3m = c/a

3$m^2$ = c/a

a/c = 1/3$m^2$  ...... (2)

multiplying (1) and (2), we get

$\frac{b^2}{a^2}*\frac{a}{c} = 16m^2*\frac{1}{3m^2} \\\\\frac{b^2}{ac}=\frac{16}{3}$
