$\implies\frac{-x}{2} =\frac{x}{3}+1$

$\implies \frac{-x}{2} = \frac{x+3}{3}$

$\implies 3(-x)=2(x+3)$

$\implies -3x=2x+6$

$\implies -3x-2x=6$

$\implies -5x=6$

$\implies x=\frac{-5}{3}$
