\implies\frac{-x}{2} =\frac{x}{3}+1

\implies \frac{-x}{2} = \frac{x+3}{3}

\implies 3(-x)=2(x+3)

\implies -3x=2x+6

\implies -3x-2x=6

\implies -5x=6

\implies x=\frac{-5}{3}
