training of cricket mainly comprises of better techniques and getting excellence in that. . either in batting or bowling .. your feilding must be gud ..

your physical health and fitness must of great level....

to maintain fitness one must do gym , yoga , gud running must be there , and gud and healthy and balanced diet ...
