Answer:

NaAlO2

Al will react with aqueous NaOH to give Sodium Aluminate with rapid evolution of H2 gas. ... In aqueous reaction conditions NaAlO2 will be accompanied by 2H2O i.e. “NaAlO2. 2H2O”.

Al + NaOH = NaAlO2 + H2

All Amphoteric metal Reaction with Caustic soda

evolved H2 gas

Al(OH)3 +Na is wrong Answer.

IT WILL NOT DISPLACE

BUT IT FORMS SODIUM ALUMINATE

2Al + 2NaOH + H20 -> NaAlO2 + 3H

AND IT IS HIGHLY EXOTHERMIC
