800 guavas-rs 6400 - spent rs 400 on transportation

total cost - 6400 + 400 = 6800

after getting profit of rs 1200 he must get Rs 6800 + 1200 = 8000 in total after selling all the guavas

therefore he get 8000 rupees for 800 guavas ,

now,

8000 = 800

so 1 guava = 8000/800=10 rs

therefore he should sell each guava at rs 10 to get profit of 1200
