That's how you make an angle of 60 degree.

For circle construction, you need a pencil, scale and a compass. Make a line of four centimeters. Mark the point where the line is of 2cm. Put the needle part of the compass on the point which you marked as 2cm. Now rotate the compass and make the circle.
