(a) The contrast seen in this picture is quite visible. in the first picture there's a small kucha house which is also not in the condition to live.
Whereas in the second picture there is a big and expensive complex mall. If we talk about people , then everyone would like to roam in a luxurious complex instead of a place which is surrounded by garbage and smell.
(b) Yes there's still such economic division in our country. Even though our country is in developing stage and the condition of cities are improving. Indeed village and rural areas are also getting developed but still there are some places where people live which are not sustained to live.
