HEY USER HERE IS YOUR ANSWER :-

>>>>> Step 1 : we get the sum of 8/3 and 4/7
by taking L.C.M of 3 and 7 i.e. 21 dividing it by the denominator and multiplying it by the numerator we get the required answer i.e. 68/21.

Step 2 : Now , we will find the product of -3/7 and 14/9 by multiplying the numerator with numerator and denominator with denominator .
we get -42 / 63 .

Step 3 : Now , we will divide the sum of 8/3 and 4/7 ( 68/21 ) with the product of-3/7 and 14/9 ( -42/63 ) we get our required answer i.e. 0.00122 .
