but her brother was quiet opposite to her. he usually don't speak.

one day the lady didn't speak at all. so every body thought that she lost her voice.

people of her village made different attempts to make her speak,but in vain.

finally her brother arrives village with dentures.

every body laughs that this is the reason for what the lady was not speaking
