hii!!

here's ur answer...

circumference of the circle = 31.4cm

therefore 2πr = 31.4cm

=> 2×3.14×r = 31.4cm

=> 6.28×r = 31.4cm

=> r = 31.4/6.28

=> r = 5cm

VERIFICATION:-

circumference of the circle = 2πr

= 2×3.14×5

= 6.28×5

= 31.4cm

hence verified

thus the radius of the circle is 5cm.

now,

area of the circle = πr²

= 3.14×5×5

= 78.5cm²

hope this helps..!

Hii.

As given that the circumference of circle is 31.4

And the formula for getting the circumference is 2πr

Putting the formula

2πr =31.4

(2*3.14*r) =31.4

2r =(31.4)/3.14

r =10/2

r=5cm

Then

Area of the circle is πr²

Then,

Here, area of circle =(3.14*5*5)

Area of circle =3.14*25

Area of circle =78.58cm²

I hope this will help
