Let the numbers be x and 2x + 15.
x + 2x + 15 = 90
3x + 15 = 90
3x = 90 - 15
3x = 75
x = 75 / 3
x = 25
2x + 15 = 2 × 25 + 15 = 50 + 15 = 65

37.5 and 52.5 are wrong. Please prefer your method how they got.
The larger number is greater than 'twice' the smaller by 15, not that it's 15 greater than the smaller!
