Fractional Distillation =》 The separation of any two miscible liquids into individual component by fractional distillation which involves a repeated distillation is carried out by using fractionating column. It consist of long grass beats or small stones .The actual purpose of fractionating column is to increase the cooling surface area and provide hurdds to the ascending vapours and descending liquid.
