Both are good in their own ways. But if you ask my opinion it's good to use brainly site.
◆The site provides additional facilities than the app.
◆In the site you can give more than 1 photo in your answer or question whereas in the app only 1.
◆In the site you get option to search for friends and add them as your friends....but the app doesn't have this facility.
◆ The site provides a profile comment but the app has no such feature.
◆But the app has everything synchronized but the site is not as synchronized as the app.
