There is no differences in the above given images.

It is because all the four images look similar.  

I have thoroughly checked the images, but i did not found any difference in the images.  

Even the backgrounds of these four images are same.  

There is a cat in every image and stands in a similar position.

The ice background does not have any differences, so all the images are same.
