1. In triangles ABD and BAC
AD=BC (given)
angle DAB=angle CBA (given )
AB=AB (common )

So triangle ABD congruent triangle BAC.
(SAS)
Therefore BD=AC (By CPCT )
and angle ABD=Angle BAC (by CPCT )


2.angle APQ+y= angle PRD(alternate angles ,AB// CD )
50+y=127
y=127-50
y=77 degrees

X+y=angle PRD(exterior angle property )
x+77=127
x=127-77
x=50 degrees.
