To Prove: BE=CF

Proof: As we know,

angle ABC = angle ACB ( Because angles opposite to equal side are equal )

AND

FB=1/2 AB and EC=1/2 AC (sides are equal.so there halves are also equal)

● NOW,

In triangles BFC and CEB

FB=EC (proved above)

angle FBC = angle ECB (proved above)

BC=BC (common)

By SAS congruence triangle BFC=~ CEB

By CPCT, BE=CF

HENCE PROVED
