dance leads to reduced stress bcz of mainly the melody of songs..it basically calms down the body and the brain and our mind feels a lot fresh. dancing can be taken as an exercise bcz it helps our cardiovascular system. we generally feel happy after dancing rather than getting tired. a bit of tiredness after dancing is considered absolutely fine bcz our muscles get tired after the dance session.
