5) a)The transparent glass can be converted by sticking a frosted sheet on it so as to make it frosted glass.

b) By carving a lot of designs on the glass without leaving any plain space, which makes the glass translucent.

6) A shadow is a black spot formed in the opposite direction of the light rays falling on an object. Shadow is formed due to the bending of light rays around the edges of an opaque object thus forming a sharp black shape same of that of the object, which is basically it's shadow. No matter what the colour of the object is, shadows usually are same i.e black. But since white reflects some light back, shadow may be little faded. but no much difference.

7) Image is formed by reflection of light rays after striking a smooth surface. It shows the colour and details of the object whereas shadow is just a black spot resembling the shape of the object and shows no details. How are shadows formed is already answered by me.
