Explanation:

The cylinder B has a radius more than that of cylinder A which means that cylinder B would be occupying more space as compared to that of cylinder A.

Then , it is given that the masses of both the cylinders is same which means that both of the cylinders are equal in weight.

From this we came to know that as cylinder B has a greater radius so it will occupy more space and having mass same to that of cylinder A it will apply the pressure on the table on a larger area so the pressure will be uniformly distributed on the table top so the pressure applied will be less .
