  • first is by SAS congruency... pq=pr(same length) angle psq=angle psr(90°) and ps common side
  • first triangle is scalene triangle(unequal sides) , second is isosceles triangle(2 same sides) and third is equilateral triangle(equal and same sides)
  • 110+2x=180(angle sum property of triangle).... 2x=70..x=35
  • 5²=3²+4²
  • 25=9+16
  • 25=25
  • right angle triangle.. hence proved

Answer:

1)

PR = PQ. Given.

angle PSR = angle PSQ Given

PS = PS Common side.

Therfore triangle PSQ = triangle PSR. SAS RULE

2)

The first triangle is Scalene.

The second triangle is isosceles.

The tried triangle is equilateral.

3)

Because one angle is given and two sides are equal then the triangle is isosceles, so two angles should be equal that are angle a and angle b.

angle a + angle b + angle c = 180°

angle a + angle b + 110° = 180°

angle a + angle b = 180 - 110.

angle a + angle b = 70°

As both the angle should be equal I am taking x as a common variable.

2x = 70°

x = 70/2

x = 35°

So angle a and angle b are 35°.

4)

An easy was to find the hypotenuse is by finding the square of the other sides and adding their sum and then finding the square root of the number. (the longest side is always the hypotenuse)

So

3² + 4² = square of hypotenuse.

9 + 16 = square of hypotenuse.

25 = square of hypotenuse.

The square root of 25 is 5 so it is an right angle triangle.
