There are many kinds of lettsr in ISCE. CBSE includes only two- formal and informal letter.

1) निजी पत्र – Personal Letter
2) प्रार्थना पत्र – Request Letter
3) व्यवसायिक पत्र – Business Letter
4) सरकारी पत्र – Official Letter.
Format of निजी पत्र – Personal Letter.
In personal letter, please take care that the address and date comes upper left side of the letter. The format is:
