Answer:

Distilled water not show any colour because it is neutral.

Acidic solution also not show any change in the red litmus because we know that blue litmus turned red by acids.

Basic solution turned red to blue..

at first we will put the Litmus Paper in all the three test tubes that test tube which make the red litmus paper into blue is is is base and and now we now we have the blue Litmus Paper that we obtained by putting the red litmus paper into the basic solution so now we put the blue Litmus Paper into the rest of the two test tubes the test tube which makes makes the blue Litmus Paper red is is acid and the last test tube which does not change its colour into any e any Litmus is is distilled water because the still water is neutral in nature
