The option B is correct.

Sea Breeze:
In the day the land is hotter than the water in the sea. The heat absorbed during the day from the Sun keeps the land at a higher temperature. Water has a higher heat capacity. It takes longer to get heated up.

So the air pressure on the land is lower as the air expands more than on the sea. So breeze flows from the top of the waters onto the coastal lands.

Land breeze:
In the night Sea is hotter as it takes longer to cool down. Land cools down faster due to low specific heat. Then land breeze blows from land onto the sea.
