Good evening mate...

here's your answer

squaring both sides we get,

=> 16x² - 32x + 7 / 16

= > 16x² - ( 28 + 4 ) x + 7 / 16

= > 16x² - 28x - 4x + 7 / 16

= > 4x ( 4x - 7 ) -1 ( 4x - 7 ) / 16

= > ( 4x - 7 ) ( 4x - 1 ) / 16

= > 1 / 16 ( 4x - 7 )( 4x - 1 )

MARK ME BRAINLIST...

ANSWER:

GIVEN:

x {}^{2}  - 2x +  \dfrac{7}{16}

TO FIND:

  • Factorise the above expression.

SOLUTION:

 = x {}^{2}  - 2x +  \dfrac{7}{16}  \\  \\  =  \dfrac{16x {}^{2}  - 32x + 7}{16}  \\  \\  =  \dfrac{16x {}^{2}  - 28x - 4x + 7}{16}  \\  \\  =  \dfrac{4x(4x - 7) - 1(4x - 7)}{16}  \\  \\  =  \dfrac{(4x - 7)(4x - 1)}{16}  \\  \\  =  \dfrac{1}{16} (4x - 7)(4x - 1)

NOTE:

Some important formulas:

(a+b)² = a²+b²+2ab

(a-b)² = a²+b²-2ab

(a+b)(a-b) = a²-b²

(a+b)³ = a³+b³+3ab(a+b)

(a-b)³ = a³-b³-3ab(a-b)

a³+b³ = (a+b)(a²+b²-ab)

a³-b³ = (a-b)(a²+b²+ab)

(a+b)² = (a-b)²+4ab

(a-b)² = (a+b)²-4ab
