Rice and sugarcane need the water irrigation from groundwater is becoming difficult as the water table going down every year. A large part of India lacks supply of surface water for a large part of year. Rain are seasonal for a period of 3-4 month.Due to unequal distribution of rainfall in time and place,there are either floor or drought.
