[H^+] = 0.1 × 2

pH = -log [0.2]

ph =  - log(2 \times  {10}^{ - 1} )

ph \:  =  - ( - 1) + log(0.2)

ph = 1 + 0.3

pH = 1.3

Hence,

We can see that pH is greater than 1

So option 2 is correct.
