Given ,

x:y = 11:19

∠BDC = ∠ABD = 32° (Alternate Angle as AD||BE)

y = 32°

 \frac{x}{y} = \frac{11}{19} \\ \\  x =\frac{32*11}{19} \\ \\ x = \frac{352}{19}^\circ <br />\\ \\ \angle ADC  = x + 32^\circ  \\  \\ \ \   = \frac{352}{19} + 32 \\ \\ = \frac{352 + 608}{19} \\ \\ = \frac{960}{19} \\ \\ \angle ADC = \angle DCE  \text{ (Alternate Angle)} \\ \\ \angle DCE = \frac{960}{19} \\ \\ \angle DCE = 50.526^\circ

∴∠DCE = 50.526°
