They both knew someone made a deal with this cylinder-shaped demon his name was Bill the Cylinder. Bill wants to rule the universe and enslave all of mankind. The twins or their nickname the mystery twins were taken to a secret meeting to solve the mystery. They talked about how to defeat the demon and Dipper remembered in the journals they all say something about how to defeat Bill.
