Respected Sir,

With respect, I want to say that I am a student of class 10th in your school. Through this Application, I want to say that I have lost my school diary. 2 days ago, when I was writing diary , then I forgot my diary in the school. Next day when I came to school, then my diary was nowhere to be seen.

So, I request you to issue a diary to me so that I can write my daily homework in it.
