Subject: Rechecking of copies.

This is to bring to your notice that our final semester results have been published in the BA degree courses. However, some of the evaluation marks haven’t been entered correctly and almost fifty students in a batch of fifty-five have been given 18 out of 50 in one of the honours paper of the English department. The marks are incorrect and some mark sheets haven’t been marked properly as two to three questions were left unmarked.

I would be highly obliged if you kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to get the answer scripts rechecked and publish the corrected results soon.
