PQ = SR and PS = QR

as opposite sides are equal

Now each interior angles of rectangle is 90°

so angle QPS = QRS (each 90°)

Now in triangle PQS and triangle RSQ
PQ = SR
SQ = SQ (common side)
PS = QR

by SSS congruence condition the triangle PQS is congruence to triangle RSQ
