In the drastic times of the daily lives, we are constantly working super fast. To get super fast energy, we often eat ready made foods. But, we often forget that the food we eat is unhealthy. According to Dr. _______, obesity will affect the evolution of Humans also. Many foods, in order to taste good, have fats in it. Fatty acids are added externally. Obesity is generally the amount of storage of fats in us. The excess of carbohydrates leads to deformation of the structure of the body. Many doctors suggest that obesity can only be cut off from the body by natural exercise. We should not use external medecines or drugs to bein structure, they can be harmful also.
