Explanation:

CuSO4 + Zn -> ZnSO4 + Cu

This is a normal balanced equation as in the reactant side there is presence of one copper atom , 1 Sulphur atom , 4 oxygen atoms and one zinc atom and on the product side there is also the same .

Here Copper(II) Sulphate is CuSo4 and Zinc is Zn

These 2 reactants together react with each other to give the products Zinc Sulphate ( ZnSO4 ) and Copper ( Cu )

And one more you have written the spelling of Sulphate wrong. It's Sulphate not Sulfate .
