Answer:

The lap of nature, specifically the poet’s family orchard comprises the To a Butterfly setting. It is on one of the flowers in his orchard that Wordsworth spots a beautiful butterfly that captures his imagination and poetic fancy. Being in the midst of nature with trees, flowers, and beautiful creatures like the butterfly takes the poet back to the sweet days of his childhood when he was more at leisure to enjoy the bounties of nature.

Hey friend.

Here is your answer.

Wordsworth's poem, To A Butterfly, is about the speaker, who shares his description of a butterfly in the garden and welcomes the butterfly as a reminder of youth. Typical of Romantic writers, Wordsworth's speaker, focuses on his observation and contemplation of the butterfly itself. He paints a picture of the butterfly's environment, as well as the peace within it (the garden). The speaker also addressed the butterfly as if it could understand him..... as if it were human. His words and actions are childlike and innocent....... reminscent of lost youth.

Hope it helps.
