The racial war between the Singhalese and Tamils made the nation into pieces.
From trees and bushes, there were torn pieces of human flesh.
That is the reason why the students don't be attentive to the class lessons.
Moreover, because of the racial prejudice, perhaps, they don't have an eye to eye connection with the teacher.
The artist knows about the way that the ears of the understudies are 'stopped'against her voice. Gun-shots and impacts of explosives have broken their eardrums.
Her understudies fear for their siblings, companions, and sweethearts as she 'trembles' for men of related blood.
She feels that there must be a new technique to end the racial war all together' to stop other Hiroshimas.'
