•Oesophagus -a part of alimentary canal which connects the thoard to stomach .In human and other vertebrates it is a muscular tube lined with mucous membrane.
•Salivary glands - a gland that discharge a fluid secration and especially saliva into mouth cavity and that in humans comprise large compound racemose glands including the parotid glands ,the sublingual glands and the submandibular glands.
