Q 7 . The poet said that he had saved some part of the day because he means that he had not ruined his whole day in the depressive thoughts that made him sad but recognize the reality and shook off all the bad thoughts which burdened him and saved the rest of his day that he can utilize it for a good dead.

Q 8 . The poet uses uncommon bird and tree in the poem because it creates a good effect. This reflects the positivity created by negative things i.e., the black crow is a sign of sorrow or death and hemlock tree is a poisonous tree.

Q 9 .  the speaker symbolizes fire as desire or love, and ice is symbolized to be destruction and hate. Frost immediately connects fire with desire because of its perfect rhyme. There is controversy about how the world will end; in fire or in ice.

Q 10 . According to the poet, the world will end due to the 'fire', which symbolizes desire. But if the world had to end twice then it will be due to the hatred symbolized by 'ice'.

Q 11 . The tiger stalks the few steps of his cage after being captured. The poet sees the tiger logged in a concrete cell in the zoo. In spite of all his strength, he now lies imprisoned behind the bars. Very slowly and silently, he moves up and down along the length of the cage.
