Dear Diary ,. (10:45 p.m.)
Today was a scornful day. Today I realised that my teacher things that I am a very good speaker. I was shocked to know that there is an Inter- school debate competition being organised. I was praying in side, that my class teacher should never take my name to participate in the debate but to my misfortune my class teacher told me to participate. I thought about it until many Harsh but finally I mustered up courage and participated in the competition.
The competition we can I started to speak. My voice quivered. I was Forgetting everything I wanted to say I wasn't able to talk anything. I spoke irrelevant points. I spoke some points which were against our topic and then I realised that I wasn't as good as I thought in speaking. whenever I used to forget some point talk something f11 then the audience used to laugh and the kids around me made fun of me. I was feeling very bad at that time and felt ashamed and thought that why did I ever come to this competition. but I was determined to do the best and decided to try my hardest and to do my best.
Though I could not win the competition but I have got a very good lesson and a goal to improve my my role as a speaker and practice allot and attend personality development classes. I hope that one day I would be a very good speaker.
