It was my holiday. I was getting bored as I had nothing to do so I was sitting near a window and enjoying the rain. Then I heard a car splash near the window I was sitting. My father had come home after doing his work in the office. He had a bag and an umbrella with him. I thought, how wonderful it would have been to walk in the rain(I couldn't because my mother didn't allowed me to go out and enjoy the rain   ) and my father was using an umbrella!

I started again to look at the scenery outside the window pane when it started to rain too heavily. I could hear the pittar patter of the rain on the window pane.

So I started the  radio but I could only listen to the khar khar of the FM station because of the poor connection due to rain so I changed the channel to different stations in hope that maybe they would be working but to my misfortune I could not hear the songs as I was unable to access Radio Mirchi,Radio City,etc.

So I decided to just look outside the window and there I could see the greenery and the vibrant weather.i could listen to the frogs croaking and the peacocks dancing in the rain. I forgot all about the disconnection and just stared there mesmerised with the perfect and peaceful weather and also smelled the  soothing smell of the wet soil. ☔️
