     a series circuit has only one path for the current to flow, therefore these two types of circuits are different

13)when you break a parallel circuit, as each bulb has a different circuit, only the bulb whose circuit is broken, will fuse, rest will glow

14) advantages:- a failure of one component does not lead to the failure of the other components

disadvantages:-Same Voltage Across all Branches. No matter whether you have several power sources or just one, the voltage across a parallel circuit remains the same.
