a)One road was very clean with no footsteps and some leaves were lying there on it and the other one was full of traffic and very much preffered by everyone.
b)The doubt in the poet's mind is that would he be able to come back again on this road or not. If he will be again coming to this then he will choose the another one road. Today he is choosing the road with no footsteps.
c)The rhyming scheme in the above stanza is LAY and WAY.
